Not a bad hotel in Kingston. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Business centre, weight area. Good restaurant and bar. Pool is staffed well. Has a giant waterside. Ample parking. Spacious rooms. The hotel is classy but has some bold character to it. I recommend when in town it's a great place to stay.

Quite a nice stay. Staff is incredibly friendly, the facilities are very good, albeit starting to show some age. Bed very comfortable, rooms are nicely appointed. Pool and saunas are nice, and my boys had fun on the water slide, but unfortunately it was only open for 3 hours during our stay, which was a bit of a disappointment. Over, good experience, and we will come again!

Highly recommend! Great for kids and adults. The swimming area has saunas, hot tubs, swimming pool, splash pad and water slide all indoors and a bonus the water is always warm and hot tubs get turned down from certain times for the kids and then turned up when they have the pool area open for adults only witch was also nice for when you need to just relax with no screaming children. The rooms were nice and the bed was really comfortable plus every time we left and came back the room was tidy and they left chocolates on the bed for us and well who doesn’t like chocolate! The restaurant was really nice and they served really good food at decent prices. There workout gym was a little small when I went but still had different machines to work all areas needed. This hotel over all is my favourite for a nice family getaway and I will be returning in the future.

This is an older hotel but worth a stay. It is close to the CN station therefore convenient for rail travellers. There are quite good extras such a big pool with water slide, splash pool and fitness centre. If you are staying in the main building you will have to go outside to get to pool and fitness centres. There is a nice little restaurant but no complimentary breakfast.
