Great hotel, interesting neighborhood, awesome restaurant, but front desk so-so when urgently needed. I’d definitely stay here again - the room was (similar to other 4- and 5-star hotels in Montreal) exceptionally clean, smelled nice, and spacious. Bed comfy. Internet adequately fast. One note - traffic in morning/afternoon is abysmal. So if you need to get somewhere fast, be aware.
Amazing rooms. Amazing hotel staff. Valets that care about your car, even when it's an old van, and cleaning staff that work hard to make sure your room stays clean. Giovanni runs a great café with friendly waitstaff, and cooks that serve a great breakfast. Would definitely stay and eat here again.
The nice hotel with a great location in the heart of Montreal downtown. The room was also clean with enough space. Three stars were only due to poor customer services espacially when I checked out they charged me extra for mini bar, which I never used. I even sent them an email, where I didn't even get a response. Called and they said they will refund the money, but never refunded, so customer services is really poor.
We had a last minute reservation and the overnight reception staff, Xavier, helped us out! The valet parking was hard to find (tip: stop on the side of the building, don’t drive around behind). This is a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood and the lobby has a beautiful modern design. There is a 24hr convenience/grocery store a couple minute walk away. I only give 5 Stars for a knock-my-socks-off experience, but this was just a clean, comfortable, quiet stay. Also: we got 2 coupons for coffee at the lobby bar which we used for delicious espressos the next morning.
