Kind and thoughtful staff, stylish rooms, comfortable beds, well-stocked lounge. To my surprise, better appointed and better orchestrated than some of the finest resorts in the world. Walking distance from many restaurants. There's a tracker for the airport shuttle on the Bonvoy app. This is as good as it gets, folks.

Don't rely on the shuttle being at the airport for when it's supposed to be! The hotel itself is nice, but options for food are limited and expensive. They had apple cider in the lobby which was really nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool/hot tub looked nice, didn't go in. The gym is great for a hotel!

It's very convenient only 15 mins to the airport. Many eateries within walking distance and close to Richmond centre. Room wise sound proofing can be improved especially those rooms facing the main junction.

This hotel is fabulous! The room is so clean! I fell in love with the washroom. I was so delighted with the ambience. The hotel is close to Richmond shopping centre and skytrain station, and is surrounded with so many shops.

The hotel is not bad, but there isn't anything wow me. As a Marriott, there's signs of dated such as the elevator. The room is clearly renovated and quite modern, but I think the low ceiling makes the room a bit less welcoming. It's not bad overall but could find better hotel at this price.
