Was there for a wedding. Very beautiful place and professional staff. Cocktail time was great! Good appetizers of fried chicken drumsticks, beets with goat cheese and drinks served by staff. Food during dinner was ok but could be better, hence the 4 star. Had lobster bisque which was delicious. Loved the raspberry sorbet for cleaning the palette. Main course of couscous cake with rice and kale could be better if the kale was not so salty. My husband had the halibut, I tasted a piece and it was not as fresh as it could be. But I guess this wasn't a seafood restaurant. My niece had steak and she said it was so so.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever received at a hotel! Amazing customer service. From the minute we arrived to the check out. Beautiful suite & we were given macaroons by the staff since my husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary. It’s the little things like that that sets them apart from other big name hotels. Super clean and just over all spectacular!

One King West is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Toronto. I've been here a couple times already and will keep coming back. The building is gorgeous, with lots to see and a lot of history in the walls. Elevators are a little scary because of how old they are but they add to the authenticity of the location. Rooms are tasteful, large, and have dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, and many other cool amenities. Beds are comfy, interiors are beautiful, and the A/C works well.

First time in Toronto, don't know how the other hotels are, but One King is a gem!!! Checked in, no problem, one minor issue with the room from the previous guest, which I swear was rectified within 10min. Decor, cleanliness, presentation of the hotel gets an A. Now who gets an A+ is the staff. From the waitress/bartender Daphne whose personality is infectious and drinks and Fruit punch are on point and Lily the morning waitress, who I believe no one on earth can dislike. Thank you all, for making my birthday very memorable.

A Wonderful Stay What a wonderful hotel. I'm giving 5 stars for a number of reasons. One, the front desk staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Check in was easy and we received a complimentary upgrade. Our room was clean and well decorated. We had a nice kitchenette and our view of the lake and islands was spectacular. The onsite restaurant exceeded all expectations. I had the mushroom pizza and I can definitely say it was the best pizza I've ever had. My partner had the burger and thought it was fantastic. As people who enjoy great food and can have discerning tastes we were surprised by not only the quality of the food but the flavours that were brought into play. As well this hotel was located centrally to what we needed for our weekend stay. Fabulous job by all.
