Was attending a two day training program as part of my job, I found no signs in the lobby directing attendees for the training course where at the hotel it was taking place, when I enquired at the front desk I found both staff members to be a bit cold in the way they replied to my question, for front desk staff at a hotel I would expect the staff to be a bit more polite and attentive when a guest arrives at the desk with a question. As it turns out two different training programs were being held in the basement and due the hotel not posting any sort of sign or information as to location and name of the training courses taking place it caused confusion and people would end up walking in to the room while the instructor was going through the training section and have to stop and let the person know that they were at the wrong room. Just seamed like a cheap and lazy effort by the hotel to not make or have proper signage to direct attendees to the correct rooms that the training was to take place.
Front desk was friendly and easy sign in. Rooms were clean and nice. Walls are a little thin however. Free parking, TTC Subway is a few minutes drive away. Few shops and restaurants around the area.
Very nice place. Clean rooms. Great staff. In the Bar and Grill be sure to say hello to the manager Vlad for me. 😁 You'll find him to be very friendly and helpful.
The room was nice .. but it was very cold when we got here. And took a couple of hours to warm up. It was a two story room .
