One of the best experiences I’ve ever received at a hotel! Amazing customer service. From the minute we arrived to the check out. Beautiful suite & we were given macaroons by the staff since my husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary. It’s the little things like that that sets them apart from other big name hotels. Super clean and just over all spectacular!
I have Officiated a few weddings here and I can't help but marvel at the views and cool architecture from it's previous life as a bank. The wedding photographers must love it! At the same time you're surrounded by history, the lobby has a youthful, upbeat vibe with smiling staff. My only whinge is trying to find parking when I pop in to do a quick wedding (I am too poor for valet!). That said, I really like the valet people - they once witnessed an elopement for me in the One King West drive way for a couple doing a destination wedding and didn't have witnesses with them. It was fun!
My suite was immaculate. There was plenty places to sit and it was well designed. The customer service and professionalism were top notch. Made me consider staying there again just on that aspect alone. Other perks are that it's located in a prime downtown area close to just about everything you could need or want.
Pretty average hotel. I didn't think it was beyond 4 stars, decent restaurant but pretty dead bar area. It is in a great location so easy to get around the city. They have a newer section and an older section, if you stay in the newer rooms it is a much nicer experience. The older rooms feel 3 star to be honest. I probably wouldn't stay here again given the price and lack luster experience.
If is a convenient location. There are a lot of fun things to do near by. The hockey museum is close as well as the Roger Centre. The room was nice. The shortcomings are more on my part. I didnt realize you could park at other locations at better prices.
