Stayed at this hotel several times and it's been excellent. I travel regularly to Hamilton/Burlington area; this has become our go to spot. Rooms are comfy, breakfast is good, pool is enormous, ample parking in front, wifi works well. Perhaps most importantly, the staff is excellent. As a frequent visitor its very much appreciated to be remembered and taken care of, which the entire staff does well. Alyssa, the front desk manager, was also super helpful and went out of her way to make our stay even better. Big thanks to Alyssa and rest of Holiday Inn Burlington staff! We'll be back soon

Good meeting facility. But honestly, they haven't spent a nickel in that hotel aside from a light fresh up of the lobby a few years back. The guest rooms need attention. The rates are very reasonable though.

What a cool hotel! The front desk offered cookies and apples and other fresh fruit. The hotel lobby was open and comfortable. This hotel had a unique carpeted courtyard area which had a pool table and arcade-like games for a dollar or two. This central area of the hotel also contained an indoor swimming pool and hot tub area, gym, and more. The breakfast was great with waffles, bacon, sausage, fruit, and eggs as well as a juice and yogurt bar. The hotel and bar staff were helpful. The breakfast staff were not as helpful or kind and were constantly manning the area to make sure no one ate for free. Kind of unattractive, but everything else was enjoyable. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The amenities were adequate. And the rooms were quiet and dark for the most part. The courtyard light could be bright at times but the curtains blocked that out. Other than a few minor things, I enjoyed my stay here.

I always attend the New Years Dinner and Dance at the Holiday Inn Burlington every year. I always enjoyed the food, music and the excellent service. I feel home and comfortable. The people are welcoming and friendly.
