Rooms are nice. Very clean! Could use some better TV channels but other than that. The staff is nice and friendly.
Great place to stay, a bit further from the hustle and bustle of downtown Vancouver. It is a bit of a drive from the main tourist spots, but I prefer the quiet. Speaking of which, it was very quiet! Once in a while somebody talking would walk down the hall, but no stomping or any noises from either room beside me. Staff were excellent as well, very friendly and helpful. All Covid-19 guidelines were followed by staff as far as I could tell. The room was very spacious, with a decent bathroom. Showerhead had about 7-10 settings, which was nice. And most importantly, I forgot how comfy these beds were!! I can't recall if all Best Western hotels use the same blankets, pillows and sheets, but seriously one of the best sleeps I've had at a hotel in ages. The worst thing about some hotels is how hot you can get with their blankets, but these seemed to be temperature-regulated, so had an excellent sleep every night there. Would 100% stay here again. Side note, there is a restaurant/pub/lounge thing and a liquor store connected, but due to Covid, they were closed. But added little bonus for hotel guests when/if the world gets back to normal.
Great Hotel, perfect for what we needed. Location is good between Maple Ridge and Abbotsford. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Grab and Go breakfast option was very convenient.
Lovely room and very comfortable bed but not well sound proofed. We were in room 102 and I was happy I bought ear plugs as I could hear every word from the next room. Nice packed breakfast in the morning and a good sized room.
Excellent hotel 🏨friendly staff and close to quite a lot of things that you can do.
