I came here today on a last minute booking due to a bad experience elsewhere. I was welcome to warmly by Hanna Rendon, who was assisting of their clients. Her over all customer service is beyond amazing. I had a very rough day due to another hotel being discriminatory on my appearance, and just wanted to relax in a tub for hours. There was a few issues with my reservation but Hanna reassured me that everything would be OK. She went above and beyond to assist me and helped with suggestions as to how to make things better. She resolved the issue while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, as well as connecting with me while she did her job. On my experience alone with her I would come back and highly recommend this hotel again. Please show this amazing employee recognition.
I stayed here for a few days in August and it was a pleasure. From the moment I got there till the day I left, the staff were very kind and accommodating. In particular, Hanna (one of the staff) always made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best stay.
The employees at the front desk were very kind the day I lost a tire on the highway, pulled in to the hotel and asked to park my car in the parking lot for the full day while I went to work. They didn't have to let me park there. They could've towed my car when I returned later than I said I would to get the car because I had to work late. But they were very understanding of the situation and I appreciate that.
Breakfast was scrumptious and the room was old but clean. The only reason I give 3 stars instead of 4 is that when I was eating breakfast, some slices of bread smelled like some kind of chemical product.. I felt something was wrong and instantly spat it out but unfortunately some of my group members swallowed it and suffered from stomachache for the rest of our journey.. maybe you should check your food before you place it for your guests.
