It’s a beautiful hotel on the lake! Awesome service. Had a pleasure meeting a gentleman by the name Dwight. Always smiling. He made my stay exceptional!! Thanks!!

My wife and I stay here often, just to get out for a night. Very handy to so many great restaurants and bars. nice rooms, comfy beds and the toilets can hold a lot of vomit.

Loved it just make sure you park in the right spot or you will get a ticket . It took the time that it takes to check in to get a ticket 13 minutes. Not impressed with that.there was construction of said parking lot.🤔

Great experience! We wanted a sort of family almost-staycation (we live in Toronto) just to get out of town for a couple of days and weren't really picky where we went. But with a young child in tow, we had some specific requests: A hotel with a pool, connecting rooms, and pet-friendly. This turned out to be more difficult than we thought. Finally called the Waterfront late one night after getting frustrated with Marriott/Delta/Hilton/Holiday Inn call center operators who couldn't actually tell me if individual hotels had connecting rooms. The person at the front desk was very helpful and I think went to some trouble to ensure we had good rooms. On arrival, front desk staff was super-friendly, giving my daughter a sticker and chatting to her, rooms were quite nice (it's not, like, the Royal York, but what do you want for $165/night?); very clean and well-appointed; and even though our rooms were officially listed as 'park view', we had great views of the lake. Sure, the complimentary breakfast isn't spectacular and lacks 'special' amenities like iPhone speaker docking stations - but again, what do you want in a 3-star hotel? It was clean, comfortable, spacious, with good service, and in fact my only complaint about the whole weekend is that whatever brand of facial tissue they get is like wiping your nose with sandpaper. #firstworldproblems I will say that during summer, the pet-friendly rooms, which are on the first floor, would probably be quite noisy, with the various festivals in the park right outside the window, boisterous wedding parties and increased occupancy. But for a winter weekend, it was great. Totally recommended.

Fantastic location right on the lake front and in the heart of a lively area with restaurants galore. Comfortable rooms that were very clean and "new" feeling. Fairly quiet even though the hotel was full of youth hockey players. The breakfast buffet was included and had a lot of selections from fruit to omelets to waffles. Beautiful grounds and a pier out to the lake. Very nice.
