The front desk staff was efficient and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh with sparkling white linens. We enjoyed our lunch repast at the hotel bar and restaurant, partook of the tasty continental breakfast and evening room service was also very good. This was a very pleasant stay, our thanks to the hotel staff!

Rooms have been refurbished---thank goodness Banquet staff are pros and it is fun to plan events here. Gingkos is an excellent Japanese Restaurant with private sunken rooms for small parties and the hibachi grills are super fun and entertaining for groups of 8. The food is great and the sushi boats are delicious in addition to being works of art. The new bar has great food and has live music se nights of the week. Lots of travellers stay here to park their cars and caught flights.

It's an OK Delta. I have access to the Pantry as a Bonvoy elite member, they started keeping a paper log asking guest name and room number, cheapens the whole experience. I feel a Nickel and Dime management style is creeping in (I've been going to this hotel for years). Expect to hear planes landing and taking off, so this is not a hotel to find your ZEN. Parking is expensive and very controlled but it's to be expected in this area. Excellent service as usual.

Well I didn't yet stay but everytime I get a great service. I just want to acknowledged an amazing customer service from Shay-Moneque Bell. He assisted me remotely in making my stay as great as it can be, and I think it is important that they know that we appreciate the extra mile they are willing to do to assist us. Thank you very much!!
