Beautiful Hotel that was right across the street from the port our cruise was leaving from. Such a convenience! It rained but we had access to restaurants, and many shops without getting wet, as well. The hotel provided umbrellas if we chose to go out in the rain. 🤗Everyone we came in contact with at the hotel was welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Had a waterfront room with a Queen bed and the standard and quality was outstanding. Best hotel experience I have ever had. It was on this basis I then booked other Fairmont hotels on my trip. Most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in and the room furniture and facilities were finished to a high standard.

We had the pleasure staying at the Fairmont Waterfront after our recent cruise. Our stay was fantastic. The staff was friendly and super helpful.Check in is at 3PM we arrived at 10am. We were able to check our bags so we can take a tour before our room was ready. The person at the front desk apologized that the room was not ready. He took my phone number and said he would text when the room was ready. I received a text an hour later that our room was ready at 11am!! i was very happy. The bell staff were great. I highly highly recommend this hotel!!!

Fairmont Waterfront is a great hotel in downtown Vancouver, but not nearly as new and polished as Fairmont Pacific Rim next door. That's to be expected as Waterfront is simply older. For those of you thinking about dishing extra for a harbor view, I think they are ironically unimpressive, given that it's so industrial and the cruise port building is pretty unattractive. The pool is heated, as it is at other Fairmonts. I went for a swim in 30-40F weather and it was fine. The hot tub is unfortunately indoors. I do have a huge shout out: Baba, who works the morning breakfast shift at the downstairs ARC restaurant, is fantastic. She deserves 5 stars all on her own. Having her as my waiter was some of the best and most memorable service I've had in all my work traveling. Cherish her and give her a raise please!
