Nothing to right home about. Not a bad hotel not a great hotel. Was their after the snow fall and the massive parking lot could have been plowed better. Room was clean and the place looked like it was well kept. The cleaning staff were super friendly.

Beautiful, large hotel with lots of amenities. Rooms are nice, clean and modern. Beautiful pool and hot tub with one of the largest work out areas in a hotel in a long while! Free wifi throughout the hotel and without leaving the grounds you have access to Starbucks, Orchid Cafe (restaurant), Lot 41 (bar/restaurant), a corner store and a few other little shops as well! This hotel is very close to Pearson airport, directly across from the Toronto Congress Center and a short walk gives you access to Timmy's, Swiss Chalet, Subway, Harveys and much much more. Excellent hotel, and my new favorite when working in or around Pearson airport!

The front desk staff was efficient and accommodating. The rooms were clean and fresh with sparkling white linens. We enjoyed our lunch repast at the hotel bar and restaurant, partook of the tasty continental breakfast and evening room service was also very good. This was a very pleasant stay, our thanks to the hotel staff!

Very comfy beds. All necessities covered. Bathrooms were tiny and overall building like upstairs hallways, doors and carpet needed an update. Conference food was just ok. Desserts from dinner night 1 served as lunch dessert on day 2...not cool at all.
