The room was clean and I didn't find much in the way of transferred noises from adjoining rooms. The restaurant was open! The tv was a bit of a problem in that the guide would not load so I could tell what channels were there, but not what was coming up.
It is an acceptable place to stay. Rooms are clean enough and the staff is friendly. It is a bit older and is certainly getting run down and needs some serious TLC. But it is adequate...just don't have high expectations.
The exterior and interior common areas (especially the hallway carpets) are in need of a refresh. Facilities were clean and the rooms were decent. Beds were a little trampoline-like. There aren't any amenities and the adjacent restaurant looked a little iffy so we didn't try it. The location is not convenient as far as being able to walk to any amenities or activities. Staff was very pleasant. If you are looking for a place to stay on a budget it is fine and we would stay there again.
While the hotel is pretty basic; no elevator, single pane glass windows and noise from traffic, the food from the restaurant was excellent. Made me want to stay a few more days just to try more dishes. When I asked for a late checkout, they were not very accommodating.
Excellent staff. Very clean.
