Really neat place with awesome employees. I loved my one night of stay there with my family. The gentlemen and two ladies working that night and later in the day was awesome! Thank you for your great service.
Good hotel, but not prefect. The room was big and the bathroom was renovated recently. Bed was a little stiff, and pillows were awful (old and stiff). The pool area is nice (small slide!), water could be warmer though. Take note that the jacuzzi area is under work. Overall good for the price.
The room we stayed in was clean and tidy, which is the most important thing in a hotel. The bathroom vanity items are good quality and smelled great!! I found the rooms a bit bland as there was no mass produced art anywhere on the walls. I was disappointed that there were no bad hotel art to entertain me. There’s a kid friendly indoor pool/water slide, and it was packed. Kids were splashing all over the place, which I did not enjoy. There were huge signs saying “shallow water no diving”, but everywhere swimmers were launching themselves into the water pretending to be canon balls. I was not happy that the staff did not enforce their rules. We left the pool and went back at 10pm for adult-only swim time. The pool staff was very prompt at getting the kids out of the pool, and I appreciated that a lot. Overall, the stay was good.
Very average hotel, been around for many years. Good for a last resort option. Much nicer places to stay within the downtown core.
