Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about Kayod and Marc! Hotel is clean and a convenient location to airport travellers. The downside is it is old, not sound-proofed, doesn't seal light out, small rooms, and doesn't include breakfast for the price. There are cheaper and nicer hotels just outside of the airport for a lower price, but you are obviously paying for convenience.

Came and spent the day in the lobby while my husband was in the conference center. I watched the front desk staff for hours while I did homework, and Wow! Just a constant upbeat attitude, always anticipating needs, I was super impressed. I do have a beef with the architect. Who puts an indoor pool right beside a massive window to the street? Bring your swimsuit if you like to swim in front of a constant audience.

Great airport hotel. Receptionist was very friendly despite it being around midnight. Room was spacious. No noise problems whatsoever. Buffet breakfast (around 17$) was very good, lots of choices and everything was very tasty. I'd stay here again if necessary. Pro tip: if it's winter and you don't want to step outside, there's a bridge connected to the airport, go up one floor when exiting from Arrivals and cross over warmly.

Convenient location if traveling through Calgary Airport. Close to rental car centre so you can save by dropping your rental off the night before if you are flying out the next morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable but don’t expect a view. Front desk staff are friendly, organized and efficient. Strange that the pool is right in the lobby? The restaurant is nothing to write home about but the staff are friendly. The food fills the void but is quite expensive for what it is.

I liked the hotel service from front desk to operator to room service. The rooms are well maintained with gym , pool and sauna for guests. The only downside is no lounge for breakfast... the morning breakfast is usually a part of your stay in most of the hotel which is missing here.
