Excellent location downtown. Ideal for any show at the Starlite +Temple venue that is a 5 minute walk away. Secure parking, easily accessed location, distanced from Jasper for a quiet night. The rooms are nice, the beds are very comfortable and everything is clean. It isn't the nicest or fanciest but it is my "go to" when staying downtown.

The breakfast staff were Amazing! So accommodating and friendly! Watching them with guests other than my self was impressive! Regardless of any issue I might have had were not a big deal as these breakfast staff made up for everything!

GOOD POINTS: mostly well-maintained and clean, excellent WiFi. Yes, the elevators are tiny and outdated, but it looks like a renovation is imminent. Also, their free breakfast is great! We had omelettes, sausages, oatmeal, pancakes, cinnamon buns, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast staff was extremely friendly & helpful. They were constantly cleaning the area, re-stocking food, asking if there was anything else we needed…even coming to our table to take garbage away! Special shout-out to Louie: thanks so much for your help and attention! BAD POINTS: There is a bus station around the corner from the hotel, so let your imagination tell you what types of characters might possibly stay here (BTW, don’t visit the pool area by yourself). Also a little disappointed there was no free parking, and it wasn’t even secure parking. Overall, they do a suitable job. I’d probably suggest this hotel to school groups or maybe those traveling on business with a shoestring budget. NOT if you’re planning anything special or fancy, like a girls’ getaway weekend.
