    A very clean and quiet hotel. Delicious hot & cold breakfast included. They charge $5 a day for parking. Rooms are spotless and bathroom was impeccably clean. I encountered one minor issue during my stay and the front desk staff dealt with it immediately and solved the problem. Nice pool and hot tub. I would stay again.

    A very good hotel, we are pleased with our choice. Very clean and tidy, staff are very polite and welcoming. Price is good value. Has an indoor pool and gym. But no room service, their breakfast is good and has enough verity. The room is big and comfortable. There is a lot of restaurants and stores around the area with a Walmart very close by.

    It was very relaxing. I love the complementary lollipops at the front desk. The breakfast was fantastic. The maid did their jobs very well at an extremely quick pace. I felt safe the whole time I was there. Next time in Vaughan this will be the first hotel I hope to stay at.

    **see addendum at bottom of review** The entire floor smelled strongly of marijuana. Duct tape on bathroom door. Lights that didn't work. Broken remote control. Gave manager a chance to make things right, before I posted my review on Google, and he was argumentative and dismissive. They get 2 stars for a decent breakfast, pleasant staff and that I've stayed here in the past with better results. Truly disappointed as this hotel is expensive $245.62 for one night. We have stayed here at least 4 different times but we will look for other accommodations in future, as our complaints were not taken seriously by the front desk manager, who had the perfect opportunity to rectify the situation but became defensive and implied we were not correct in smelling marijuana and that our eyes had somehow deceived us in seeing lights that didn't work in our room and duct tape on doors. Truly disappointed in this hotel's reaction to repeat customers. **about 45 minutes after leaving the review above (initially a 2 star and upgraded to 4 stars), the manager called me back and listened to my complaints. I feel heard now and I appreciate the time he took this time to improve customer relations.

    A beautiful hotel! Nicely decorated and great service from the time we got there tot he time we left. Breakfast had a great assortment of hot and cold food, we went downstairs around 7:30, everything was hot and fresh and the servers were cleaning quickly throughout the meal. We stayed on the eighth floor. The room was bring and clean. There was plenty of room for all five of us. Beds are comfy, even the pullout couch! The pool was dated and there was a lot of chlorine, but the area was clean and my kids had a blast! We would definitely stay here again.
