The rooms themselves are very clean and spacious enough to be comfortable. The only reason for the 3/5 stars is because upon walking in to check in, the lady at the front was not pleased from the moment she saw us. We had “24” balloon as it was my best friends birthday and before even greeting us she said “I hope there’s not going to be any parties here.” We were confused and looked each other. I responded with a no... she was shocked that we had a room? I was put off by the whole experience with her. We are young, and we did have two large balloons but we were not being disruptive or disrespectful in anyway for her to greet us in such a way.
The service we received right from check-in was phenomenal, from the front desk, Lifeguard at the pool, staff in the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff we met while staying 2 nights. The hotel, grounds and pool were all kept immaculate. Very convenient location with the Wal-Mart right across the street, and numerous restaurants and shopping within a couple minute drive. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation in the Vaughan area!
Had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff was always willing to assist. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
Great location, very close to the train. The rooms are nicely done and well maintained, and the housekeeping is top notch. The service was great too, the only thing I didn't like was the food at the restaurant.
Great staff. Excellent and varied food on restaurant. Rooms are a little on the minimal side but comfortable. No carpeting in rooms but that's a good thing considering what lives in carpeting.
