My husband and I had the best honeymoon stay at Chateau Versailles! The staff (especially Frederick, Marina and the Valet driver) made us feel so welcome and like we are VIP guests of Chateau Versailles. They upgraded our room to a beautiful suite, gave us amazing tips and information to help make our stay even better, and accommodated all our needs wonderfully! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and the location of our hotel was perfect! Thank you so much again for taking care of your guests! Can't wait to be back at this hotel!

I stayed here with my husband over Thanksgiving holidau 2019. This is a very lovely hotel. The staff is so nice and the location is great! I would highly recommend this hotel. However, there isn't an elevator. So could be a challenge for some. A nice continental breakfast is offered daily and a simple workout room is also available. My only gripe is the bathrooms don't have fans.

What a gem! This is a lovely boutique hotel, with oodles of charm and character. All of the staff members were very kind and helpful; I felt very at home and taken care of and not simply a number. My room was small, clean and cute. The bathroom was more than adequate with excellent lighting/mirrors for getting ready. The breakfast is lovely- European Continental -buffet/self serve style in a beautiful room complete with fireplace that would be amazing on a chilly morning. As a McGill parent, it's lovely to have a hotel that I can return to and will many times! It does not have elevators and the stairs may be problematic for some but it worked out just fine. I would give 5 stars but no elevator.

Boutique hotel. If you like authentic style of Montreal you will love this place. We do. We have been coming back for eight years. Not just for the ambiance but also the friendly helpful staff. My wife travels to Montreal for business and even when she travels alone and stays here I know she is safe and cared for unlike many multi-national hotels where you are just a room number. The ONLY reason for 4 stars not 5 is that it is only accessible by stairs.
