Really enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. Given the times of covid, we were of course thankful for the safety measures put in place on our arrival. Plexi glass and a smiling masked team member who was pleasant and made check in a smooth one. The lobby was spotless. Our room was spotless. We did bring our own lysol wipes, but that was our own comfort level! The furnishings didn't seem the most current we have experienced in our travels, but the bed was comfy and the room was enjoyable. Liked the breakfast to go, just missed the wholeness of the pre-covid offerings. Overall a nice place to stay when in the area or need to be close to Etobicoke General Hospital for anything! Safe travels!

What amazing and compassionate staff! Kim and Maria at the front desk really care about the guests and have provided us with an amazing experience! We travel a-lot and ALL the staff we encountered are so genuine when engaging with not just us but other guests as well! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Breakfast was good... lots of choice and take away containers are available! Kitchen staff also extremely helpful! Thank you so much Holiday Inn for a stay that far exceeded our expectations!!! You have been our go to when travelling with our dog... but after this experience you will be our go to for all our trips!!!

Holiday Inn really stepped their game up these past few years. Their hotels are clean, efficient and comfortable. Plus, I love the fact that they identify the ''SOFT'' and ''FIRM'' pillows - I think it's a very nice touch. Free parking and breakfast are included. One of the best hotel breakfast I had in a few years. My only downside is the lack of convenient power outlets in the rooms. You practically need to leave your phone on the floor to charge; there's no convenient power plugs near the bed or desk area of your room. Hotel Amenities: - Pool - Gym - Free Breakfast - Free Parking - Free Wifi - Laundry Service

Our room was not ready. Arrived at 3:30. Bed the second day was not made very well, very sloppy at the sides of the bed. We told them ahead of time there would be 4 people in our suite and the pull out bed had no linens. Asked a maid for blankets, had to go to front desk 3 hours later to ask again. Coffee not fresh at the breakfast.

I made the mistake of interpreting the description of "suite" meaning separate bedroom suite, even though the other rooms are described as "rooms". I chose this room for this reason and the Jacuzzi tub, but the higher price wasn't really worth just the tub. When we checked in and I saw the room I thought it was a mistake and was told all the rooms are "open concept". The positive side was that we were on the top floor which is always preferable. Shower floor could use a scrub around the edges, otherwise the room was comfortable and we had a great nights sleep, enjoyed the 12pm checkout. The room had a kitchenette with a sink which is very nice, but the cupboards had nothing in them, no glasses or mugs, only the paper cups next to the coffee machine and plastic cups next to the icebox. We prepaid the room and still had to provide my credit card for a $20 "security deposit", I really don't understand this practice with hotels, not sure how $20 will benefit the hotel for any "incidentals" and it takes a week for the reversal, kind of annoying.
